1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store in two ways:
1.1 By registering in this online store, entering their registration name and password;
1.2 Without registering in this online store.
2. When registering or ordering goods in the online store, the Buyer must provide the following information: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, password, and consent for newsletter subscription.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, for the Seller’s business analysis, and for direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees that their personal data—name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address—may be disclosed to the Seller’s partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order.
2.4. By agreeing that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for order fulfillment may be sent to the email address and phone number provided by them.
2.5. A Buyer who does not wish for their email address and/or phone number to be processed for direct marketing purposes must inform the Seller via email.
2.6. The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed solely for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store klimatosprendimai.lt, for the Seller’s business analysis, and for direct marketing purposes. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Seller’s partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.7. To provide the Buyer with full online store services, the Seller records information—cookies—on the Buyer’s computer (device). The Seller uses the recorded information to recognize the Buyer as a previous visitor of the online store, to save information about purchases added to the Buyer’s shopping cart, and to collect website traffic statistics. The Buyer can review the information recorded by the Seller and can delete part or all of the records. The Buyer also has the right to refuse the recording and use of information on their computer (device), but in such a case, certain functions of the online store may be unavailable. By agreeing to the Rules, the Buyer agrees to the recording of information on their computer (device). The Buyer can withdraw this consent at any time by changing their internet browser settings or contacting the Seller.
