Product Warranty and Returns

Product warranty

1. The general characteristics of each product for sale are indicated in the product description provided with each item. The Seller is not liable if products in the online store differ in shape or other parameters from the actual size, shape, or other parameters of the goods due to the peculiarities of the Buyer’s display device.

2. The product photos in the online store are intended to show the product’s shape and give the Buyer a general understanding of the item. However, the product color or shades may differ from those shown in the photos. Product dimensions may also differ or be indicated with certain tolerances. To obtain exact product specifications, the Buyer should contact the Seller using the contact details provided.

3. The Seller provides a quality warranty for certain categories of products for a specified period; the exact term and other conditions are indicated in the product descriptions.

4. If the Seller does not provide a quality warranty for certain categories of products, the warranty provided for in the applicable legislation shall apply.

5. The Seller does not provide warranty servicing; in each specific case, the Buyer is directed to an authorized warranty service center.

6. The Buyer can obtain more detailed information related to product warranty conditions by contacting the Seller via the contact details provided in the online store.

7. If the product requires installation for use, and the Buyer, at their own discretion, does not contact the Seller for installation services or declines the installation services offered by the Seller and arranges the installation independently, the Seller has the right to refuse to apply the product quality warranty.

Product returns and exchanges

1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Rules and the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 258 of August 17, 2001, “On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication,” as well as the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001, “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods.”

2. Returned items must be in their original, tidy, and undamaged product and shipment packaging. When returning an item, it is necessary to present the original invoice confirming the purchase and a completed return form. To return item(s), the Buyer must complete the goods return form, which the Seller will provide to the Buyer upon request. The Buyer may request this document from the Seller by email.

3. The returned item must be in the same configuration as when received by the Buyer. If the item is not complete and properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item.

4. Returned items will not be accepted if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance (changes to the appearance of the item or its packaging necessary to inspect the item are not considered substantial changes to the item’s appearance).

5. The Buyer may deliver returned items in person to the address of the Seller’s registered office during business days and hours, or send them using a courier service of their choice. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

6. Refunds for returned items are in all cases made by bank transfer and only to the payer’s bank account.

7. If the delivered item does not meet quality requirements or if the Buyer dislikes the shape, size, color, model, or completeness of the purchased item (except for items specified in legislation that the Buyer is not entitled to exchange/return for these reasons), the Buyer must contact the Seller or, depending on the case, an authorized service center of the product manufacturer. An item that the Buyer dislikes due to its shape, size, color, model, or completeness may be exchanged (returned) only if no more than 14 days have passed since the date of sale. Regardless of the item’s size and weight, an item of inadequate quality and/or an item the Buyer dislikes due to its shape, size, color, model, or completeness, which the Buyer is exchanging (returning), must be transported by the Buyer for quality assessment, repair, or return.

8. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure established in the Rules.
